This class combines simple, effective strengthening exercises with guided release work to help reduce tension and improve mobility. You’ll move with intention, focusing on alignment, control, and awareness, while also giving your body time to reset and recover. We incorporate tools such as foam rollers to support muscle release and recovery.

Perfect for all levels, this class supports injury prevention, complements your yoga practice, and helps you feel stronger and more at ease in your body.
