Step onto your mat and discover the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment. This class is designed for those brand new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower-paced, alignment-focused practice.

You’ll be guided through foundational postures, breathwork, and simple flows that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect clear instruction, plenty of options for all bodies, and space to ask questions as you learn.
