This class combines full-body strengthening with deep release. You’ll move through controlled, low-impact exercises designed to build strength, stability, improve posture, and support healthy alignment. Class closes with stretching and guided myofascial release to ease tension and increase mobility, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and restored.
