Come together with our yoga family for an evening of slowing down, softening, and savoring the close of summer. This class blends the nourishing stretches of Yin yoga with the deeply restful practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.”

We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and rest fully, creating space for connection, reflection, and renewal as a community. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to rest.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the season ahead.
